Honoured Supporter Award to Dr. David Popkin
Dr. David Popkin received an Honoured Supporter Award
at the Association of Fundraising Professionals National Philanthropy
Day luncheon on November 14, 2008.
Dr. David Popkin does not wear his philanthropy on
his sleeve - he is very modest when it comes to his charitable contributions.
In 2008 he bestowed a substantial legacy gift on the Family Service
Saskatoon Foundation.
Dr. Popkin has also served as President of the Family
Service Saskatoon Foundation since its formation in 2005, been a major
sponsor of our Midlife Madness Fantasy Auction event for the past three
years and chaired the event for the past two years.
